The Role
You will become the trusted right hand across all aspects of business, personal, household, family, and lifestyle management.

• Managing invitations, correspondence, PR requests, and social engagements
• Acting as the primary point of contact for all personal and household matters
• Overseeing diaries, scheduling, appointments, and wellbeing commitments
• Managing household operations including maintenance, bills, deliveries, and suppliers
• Organising luxury travel arrangements including commercial first-class, private aviation, and helicopter transfers
• Coordinating hospitality and guest management for major sporting and social events
• Supporting family life, including organising celebrations, gifts, and special occasions
• Handling personal shopping, wardrobe management, holiday preparation, and errands
• Organising dinner parties, networking events, and private functions
• Supporting social media content creation and overseeing a Social Media Assistant
• Managing pet care, appointments, logistics, and occasional dog walking
• Recruiting and managing household staff when required
• Providing administrative support across multiple entrepreneurial ventures
• Anticipating needs before they arise and solving problems before they become visible
