Based within a close-knit team of EA who work collaboratively and support one another, you will provide dedicated support to senior leadership while becoming a trusted partner in helping drive efficiency and organisation across a busy international business.

Key responsibilities include:
• Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
• Coordinating complex international travel arrangements
• Scheduling meetings and managing conflicting priorities
• Preparing agendas, meeting materials, and supporting documentation
• Attending meetings and ensuring follow-up actions are captured where required
• Acting as a gatekeeper and managing stakeholder communications
• Anticipating scheduling conflicts and proactively finding solutions
• Supporting wider business initiatives and projects on an ad hoc basis
• Assisting with company events, employee engagement activities, and team socials

About you:
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Team Assistant
• Proven experience managing complex diaries and coordinating international travel
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Confident, articulate, and able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable working with senior leaders and strong personalities
• Adaptable, flexible, and happy to embrace change in a fast-moving environment
• A collaborative team player with a positive, hands-on approach
• Someone who enjoys working at pace and can effectively prioritise competing demands
