A fantastic opportunity for a well-spoken, bright and muck-in individual with excellent people skills to join a leading and hugely successful boutique finance firm based in magnificent offices in the heart of the West End.
Joining this lovely front-of-house team, you will be immaculately presented, smiley, charming and extremely professional.
This busy role will involve:
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Answering incoming calls
• Booking meeting rooms
• Admin tasks
• Ad hoc PA support.
The role offers proven progression into a team where people rarely leave.
This could be the perfect role for a switched-on graduate who has built up some reception/client-facing experience whilst temping and is keen to secure their first permanent office support role.
