Project Administrator - 3 days per week!
A busy Birmingham based organisation are looking for a
Project Administrator to join the organisation and work alongside the PMO
during an important change project. The role will be part-time for 3 days per
week on a 5 month temporary basis – paying up to £12 an hour!
This is an administrative role, supporting project managers
to aid the delivery of successful programme. Within this, responsibilities will
include:
· Providing first-line support to the PMO and
teams across the business
· Organising meetings and preparing all paperwork
· Preparing research, reports and documents including
collating sensitive legal and finance data for the project team
· Liaise with all departments throughout the
business as well as key external stakeholders
The ideal candidate must have previous project administration
support experience, working in a fast-paced and ideally a regulated
environment. You must be professional, articulate and ready for a busy and interesting
role! Experience within a similar role, working within an Agile, Prince II or
other project framework is preferable.
This role will be home based for the immediate future with
the possibility of travel to the office in the late spring/ early summer.
