I am looking for an intelligent, cultured, dedicated and switched-on graduate EA who is able to work at pace to support this fascinating individual, with their multi-facetted professional life, within the 'arts', philanthropy, finance and extensive business interests. This person will need to be highly organised, a fast learner, able to turn their hand to numerous different requests and work to the highest of standards under pressure. No two days will be the same here, and as such you will need to be adaptable, self-motivated, able to anticipate and problem solve. You will need to be able to use your initiative to forward plan and pre-empt, to head things off at the pass before they occur. The scope of the role will be immense , and expose you to incredibly exciting areas and individuals. You will be relied upon 100% and will have access to all areas of their business and personal life, so discretion and professionalism are paramount. Superb written and verbal communication skills are key as is an understanding and willingness to work with numbers in close liaison with the accountants. The role will incorporate project management, private support, report writing, research, communicating with world leaders and complex scheduling plus so much more. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong numeracy skills are essential. A unique position that really is a one off opportunity. Ideally a graduate EA with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and a strong knowledge or passion for the Arts who can cope with a diverse and fast-paced role.
