Based in the City, you will be providing extremely high-level Business support to this respected, intelligent and cultured CEO.
This 1:1 EA role requires a high-calibre career EA with 15+ years experience; adept at upward management, gate-keeping, fire-fighting, leaving no stone unturned and calmly and efficiently juggling multiple spinning plates. A dedicated, loyal EA who is used to an intense and ever-changing international schedule, is always armed with various back-up plans, foresees problems and is capable of communicating with senior stakeholders and global CEOs and has meticulous attention to detail.
Acting as the face of this global Chief Executive; professionalism and discretion are paramount but of equal importance to the team is someone warm, charming and approachable.
They are looking for a top-notch c-suite EA with 15+ years experience within global professional services, who wants to form a unrivalled, trusted and respectful partnership with their boss. Ideally you would be immediately available, have Advanced Microsoft skills, and have the wow-factor!
