A Boutique Family Office of an impressive Entrepreneur are looking for a charming and switched-on Office Assistant to join its supportive and dynamic team who currently handle some of the world’s most exciting and renowned property developments.
This hybrid and all-encompassing Team Assistant/PA role will involve diary management, booking international travel, financial admin, office management, answering the phone, welcoming clients, managing virtual and in-person meetings, financial admin, proof-reading, creating presentations and running ad-hoc personal errands.
They are looking for someone who is a proactive, tech savvy, extremely personable with excellent communication skills, strong emotional intelligence who always mucks in and is one step ahead. A minimum of 2 + years admin/office support is required. Property experience or interest in a career in property would be a big plus.
This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a bright candidate to hit the ground running and build their career in a company which is going from strength to strength and paving the way within the exciting world of property investment.
