A charming and inspiring Media Entrepreneur is seeking a brilliant and highly experienced Executive Assistant to join their Private Family Office. This is a varied, busy and exciting role with many projects and opportunities to get involved in supporting in all areas of their life both business and personal.
With no two days the same, you must be affable, adaptable and flexible. The role is fast-paced with no signs of slowing down. The role will include:
- Extensive diary management – ever changing
- Travel management – both private and business
- Liaising with clients
- Organising expenses
- Drafting letters, taking minutes and monitoring development of action points
- Taking phone calls, managing inboxes and responding accordingly
- Investment research
They are looking for a professional, experienced and proactive individual to join their small team you will be:
- Forward thinking, a self-starter and quietly confident
- Upwardly focused and emotionally intelligent
- Take pride in appearance, with excellent written English
- An ambassador for this individual
