Luxury creative company seeking proactive and non-precious Studio/Office Manager to join their fun-loving, energetic and social team in West London. Gorgeous, open-plan offices, post-work drinks, incredible perks/benefits, structured development programme and some flexibility to WFH – this is an extremely rare opportunity.
As the Studio/Office Manager you will be the go-to person in the office. You will be responsible for:
- All company socials/events; they are very open to your creative, wacky ideas – anything goes!
- Assisting with HR; helping with the recruitment and onboarding process, welcoming new starters and ensuring they are fully set up
- Dealing with any and all IT issues; liaising with the external IT consultant, looking into new software
- Mucking in here there and everywhere, getting to know everyone in the office
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- A real can-do attitude
- Totally non-precious; no job is too big or too small, you are equally happy liaising with the HNW clients one minute and ordering milk the next
- Previous Office Manager experience, or any experience with HR/IT/Events is a huge plus
- A huge smile, positive attitude, charming, enthusiastic and delightful!
