The role as Property Manager is supporting the Operations
Manager and will include the following tasks:
- Property Management
- Organisation, liaising with tenants, contractors and
updating landlords
- Helping with management of larger projects and refurb
project
- Organising visits and reporting back to landlord
- Ensuring compliance – renewal of gas safety, EPC, EICR,
smoke and carbon monoxide
- Home Blue Print Visits – help create property files for new
properties
- Tenancy Management
- Help negotiators with organising pre-tenancy maintenance
- Finalising files for new tenancies, producing welcome
documentation, change over of utilities etc.
- Keeping on top of general tenancy dates
- Negotiating renewals and producing paperwork
- Dealing with terminations, inventory checks and adhoc
tenancy changes
- General Office Administration
- File management
- Office supplies
- Office duties
