Personal Assistant - Well-known Artist - Creative Team

High profile artist is seeking a bright and creative Personal Assistant/Studio Manager to join their close knit, social team. Based in the hub of West London, you will be working from a gorgeous open-plan and colourful studio alongside a wonderful team who are passionate about the arts.

It is a completely varied role with no two days the same. You will be:

• Managing an extensive art collection, liaising with art galleries, auction houses and well-known artists
• Organising travel and researching holidays all around the globe
• Assisting with property management, visiting the artist’s beautiful family home and liaising with staff/contractors to ensure smooth running
• Out and about running errands, jumping in taxis, helping to set up exhibitions: this is not a desk-bound role

This role is all about personality:

• You need to be switched on, flexible and able to try your hand at anything
• You have a real “roll you sleeves up” mentality, a can-do attitude and are equally happy mucking in with moving boxes as you are with handling High Net Worth individuals
• You are IT-savvy, have previous PA experience and have a keen interest in the Art world
