Cultured EA for inspiring HNW Philanthropist
I am looking for an intelligent, cultured, dedicated and
switched-on EA who is able to work at pace to support this fascinating
individual, with their multi-facetted professional life, within the 'arts',
philanthropy, finance and extensive business interests. This person will need
to be highly organised, a fast learner, able to turn their hand to numerous different
requests and work to the highest of standards under pressure. No two days will
be the same here, and as such you will need to be adaptable, self-motivated,
able to anticipate and problem solve. You will need to be able to use your
initiative to forward plan and pre-empt, to head things off at the pass before
they occur. The scope of the role will be immense , and expose you to incredibly
exciting areas and individuals. You will be relied upon 100% and will have
access to all areas of their business and personal life, so discretion and
professionalism are paramount. Superb written and verbal communication skills
are key as is an understanding and willingness to work with numbers in close
liaison with the accountants. The role will incorporate project management,
private support, report writing, research, communicating with world leaders and
complex scheduling plus so much more. A unique position that really is a one
off opportunity. Ideally a graduate EA with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
and a strong knowledge or passion for the Arts who
can cope with a diverse and fast-paced role.
