HNW, high profile and leading figures in the Arts world are seeking an articulate and polished Private PA/Office Assistant to join their small team in the heart of London.
No PA experience needed – this role is all about the type. They are looking for someone with creative flair, someone who has a keen interest in the arts/interior design/fashion/entertainment etc and actively pursues it.
No two days will be the same. You will be:
• Booking exotic holidays and organising luxury travel
• Running around between the office and the family home (this is not a desk-bound role!)
• Liaising with household staff
• Getting involved in property renovations and interior design
• Lending a helping hand with the Principals’ philanthropic pursuits, coming up with ideas for new charity projects
• Liaising with art galleries, music venues, sports arenas etc
• Meeting and greeting VVIPs, acting as the face of the brand
