Are you a leading business minded Chief of Staff in London?

If so, we have a one-off opportunity for an exceptional Chief of Staff to the very clever, driven, entrepreneurial and well respected founder of a hugely successful finance firm.

Based in the Family Office, you will need to be driven, razor sharp, forward thinking and a seamless multitasker.  You need to be knowledgeable and informed and have a thorough understanding of world events, markets, individuals and companies in this arena.

In addition to the usual Chief of Staff duties, you will be responsible for:

  • Consistently tracking progress on competing priorities, tasks and projects
  • Project management and overseeing strategic initiatives to fruition
  • Briefing the founder before all events and meetings
  • Representing the founder at all times – the ultimate ambassador
  • Fostering relationships internally and externally with high emotional intelligence
  • Working collaboratively with a Private PA to ensure a smooth operation
  • Gate keeping

We need a naturally sophisticated, slick and established Chief of Staff who is quietly confident, ultra-discreet and has business acumen. A background in boutique finance, management consultancy, politics, investment banking would work well ....... or perhaps you have worked for a VVIP with strong business links. You are likely to be a top graduate with gravitas and a lot of charm.
