We are looking for a bright, switched-on and efficient Coordinator to support a small team of senior individuals at a renowned global finance house based in the West End.

A busy and varied role, there are lots of plates to spin and duties will include:

• Overseeing the recruitment database and updating candidate records
• Liaise with the team to ensure a smooth hiring process for both candidates and stakeholders – often very senior individuals
• Coordinating the hiring process – scheduling interviews, taking feedback from internal stakeholders, and NDAs
• Manage the recruitment supplier list and legal contracts
• Preparing reports for the SLT
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and suppliers
• Assist with event planning and foster a positive and inclusive culture
• Diary management
• Scheduling meetings
• International travel coordination across time zones
The successful candidate will ideally degree-educated (a degree in HR would be perfect!) and with previous relevant experience in executive search, recruitment, financial services or the legal world.
You will be calm and capable with brilliant people skills, not be afraid to ask questions, be happy to support more than one and be able to work at pace whilst juggling priorities and staying one step ahead.
