An internationally recognised life sciences organisation is seeking a highly capable EA to support a senior European leader at the forefront of commercial strategy. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the heart of a fast-moving, global business influencing healthcare outcomes across multiple markets.
You’ll be a trusted partner, a gatekeeper, and you’ll play a central role in ensuring seamless operations, strategic alignment, and effective stakeholder engagement across Europe.
This position offers visibility, variety, and the chance to work on meaningful initiatives that shape commercial success on a large scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing an ever-changing, complex schedule across multiple time zones
• Coordinating international travel with precision (including multi-country logistics and cost management)
• Preparing high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and executive communications
• Supporting key meetings and events, from leadership sessions to large-scale conferences
• Acting as a central point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
• Tracking priorities, driving follow-ups, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
• Managing budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships with a focus on efficiency
• Handling sensitive information with absolute discretion
• Contributing to and elevating the wider administrative community
• Leveraging digital tools to streamline processes and enhance collaboration
Candidate
• Proven experience supporting senior executives in large, global organisations
• Exposure to the pharmaceutical, biotech, or broader life sciences sector
• Strong commercial awareness and experience in business-facing environments
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Confidence working across cultures and with senior stakeholders
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
