The principal of a very successful family-run investment and commercial property development company working across prime location sites in Central London, is looking for a fast-paced, efficient, and friendly Executive Assistant.
80% Executive Assistant, 20% Personal Assistant to the principal/director, loyal, kind and generous, super busy.
The role is partly based at the principal's home in Barnet, North London, partly from the office in Mayfair, and 2 days a week working from the candidate’s own home. As the home is not particularly close to public transport, there is free parking. The role would suit someone living in North London.

• Inbox, response on principal’s behalf when needed, flagging, etc.
• Complex diary, setting up meetings, minimal international travel
• Stakeholder management
• Liaison with property tenants, agents, solicitors, etc.
• Document management, tenancy agreements, DocuSign
• Overseeing property management, preparing reports
• Daily contact with 3 other directors and other EAs
• Involvement with the principal’s philanthropic interests
• Adhoc projects
Candidate
• 5 years of EA experience, ideally in the property industry, but not essential
• Able to work fast-paced with good attention to detail
• Discretion essential
• V tech-savvy – principal is not tech-savvy
• Good written and verbal skills
• Proactive, resourceful, able to plan ahead
• Confident and ambitious
• Kind and thoughtful
