An established family office is seeking a highly organised and discreet Client Support Associate to join its London team. Working within a close-knit and supportive office, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class experience to a select group of private clients.

The Role
- You will act as a trusted partner to senior advisors, supporting complex client needs across both professional and personal matters.
- Responsibilities include:
- Providing thoughtful, detail-oriented support across a broad range of client requirements, including financial administration, estate coordination, property matters, travel arrangements and other personal requests
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for senior advisors and their clients, helping ensure a seamless client experience
- Preparing tailored documents, presentations and briefing materials
- Coordinating meetings and ensuring logistics and follow-up actions are handled to a high standard
- Conducting structured research and preparing clear draft summaries for review
- Assisting with monitoring financial activity, processing transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising confidently with external professional partners such as legal, tax and investment specialists
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience
- Supporting wider team initiatives and projects as required

Ideal Profile
- Experience in family office, professional services, financial services and/or UHNWIs
- Highly organised, bright, with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, discreet and trustworthy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or high-value clients is advantageous
