Famous, hugely successful Co needs exceptional Temp for interesting and challenging Property Coordinator role
Could suit you if you want to temp because you are:
• Starting a law conversion mid next year
• Starting a grad scheme mid next year

• Wanting to temp before you commit to a perm role
• Keen for a foot in the door to potential perm opportunities - the company is always on the lookout for super-talented individuals

• Money motivated
For this role we need temps who are:
• Super-intelligent grads with academic degrees, 2 As, 1 B at A Level minimum
• Articulate, quick, great attention to detail
• Confident, great communication skills
• Team player/collaborative
• Committed, flexible, hard working individuals
• 5 days in the office
• Very well presented
Your Role:
• Managing suppliers and contractors
• Maintenance of properties, logging maintenance, liaising with contractors
• Communicating with property occupiers
• Regular site inspections of properties
• Supporting Executive Assistant team
Ideally you will have 12 months++ relevant experience in Finance or Property – in a well-established, high-profile company
But the most important thing is that the temp is solution-focused, loves a seriously-fast pace, where ‘excellence’ is taken for granted!
