A dynamic and very successful Private Equity group of companies, whose interests include 5* hotels, prime commercial and residential properties, tech, venture capital and more, is looking for a driven, top-rate Executive Assistant to support their hugely personable and appreciative Co-Heads of Legal.
The company is international with offices all over the world, headquartered in Mayfair, London.
The company prides itself on its collaborative, informal, friendly culture and current employees who we have placed in the past confirm this. Staff turnover is very low. They offer hybrid working, 3 days in the stunning office in Mayfair, 2 days WFH – once settled in.

The role is very varied, with the EA being actively involved in a wide range of support tasks, including:
Duties and Responsibilities
The role of Executive Assistant will be actively involved in a wide range of tasks, including:
• Proactive diary management and coordination to ensure efficient time management of the EMT members, including learning and adapting to the business environment.
• Arranging travel and accommodation plans and itineraries when overseas.
• Arranging internal and external meetings both in-person and via Zoom. This may include booking rooms, assisting with the preparation of agendas, materials, etc., and coordinating with other assistants.
• Some attending meetings and supporting with note-taking and capturing follow-ups.
• Preparation and/or amendment of documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint from materials provided by the EMT member.
• Coordination and preparation of expense claims.
• Assistance on special projects as required.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships within the Group in the UK and overseas (and specifically with the other Executive Assistants).
• Other administrative assistance as and when required to ensure the smooth operation of the EMT and the efficient use of the EMT members’ time.
• The support for the legal team may include:
• Occasional admin support/meeting preparation (photocopying, binding, setting up meeting rooms with IT, etc.).
• Support and assistance on special projects from time to time.
Attributes and qualifications:
• Relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• The ability to build effective relationships.
• Strong proactive prioritisation and organisational skills, including the ability to take independent action/consult as needed.
• Act with immense integrity and absolute professional discretion, including maintaining absolute confidentiality both inside and outside of the firm.
• Experience of using Outlook (or similar) to manage diaries and book meetings.
• Savvy and highly comfortable with technology, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and collaboration software (Zoom and Teams).
• Bright, upbeat and social
• High energy and a positive approach, good sense of humour
