This is an opportunity to work alongside a luxury international interior designer. It's a rare opportunity to join a renowned creative studio at the heart of a globally recognised design brand.
The Role:
We are seeking a Showroom Coordinator to support the smooth running of a busy, thriving studio. Providing support for two creative executives, you’ll become an indispensable part of an inspiring and fast-paced creative environment.
This is a varied, central position with excellent scope to grow and develop. You’ll provide day-to-day support to senior leadership while managing diaries, organising meetings, and overseeing appointments.
Your role will span studio-wide administration, correspondence, document preparation, and maintaining a polished, welcoming front-of-house presence for all visitors. You’ll communicate confidently with UHNW and international clients, plan responses, draft key documents, and attend weekly progress meetings to gather updates from designers.
About you:
You’ll be someone who brings positivity, polish, and a proactive, can-do spirit to everything you do. You’ll be confident navigating a dynamic environment, with around three to four years’ experience in a creative or design-led setting, whether as a Showroom Coordinator, Studio Manager, PA, or in a similar role.
Exceptional written communication and impeccable grammar are essential, as is a warm, well-presented, and professional manner. You’ll have a genuine interest in the world of interiors without seeking a pathway into design itself, and you’ll thrive as a friendly, willing team player who’s always ready to muck in and support wherever needed.
Additionally, you’ll feel completely at ease around dogs, as two much-loved four-legged colleagues are part of the studio’s daily life!
-
This is a standout role for someone who thrives in beautifully designed spaces and enjoys being part of a creative team. If you’re organised, energetic, and ready to be at the centre of a world-class studio, we’d love to hear from you.
