An exciting opportunity to join a prestigious, newly renovated five-storey clinic in the heart of Harley Street.
This role is perfect for a polished, proactive, and personable candidate looking to become the welcoming face of a high-end medical practice.
The Role:
- Greeting and settling patients with warmth and professionalism
- Handling calls calmly and efficiently, taking detailed notes and directing queries
- Managing the clinic’s booking system for patients and staff
- Assisting with HR admin via a third-party HR provider
- Processing payments
- Ensuring a smooth, organised, and professional reception environment
The Candidate
- Graduate or graduate-calibre
- Immaculately presented, polished, and professional
- Eloquent, calm, and reassuring, especially with nervous patients
- Proactive and confident using initiative
- A supportive, positive team player
