We’re looking for a bright, proactive EA to work closely with the Founder, supporting across all areas of the business. This is a hugely varied, hands-on role at the heart of a young, ambitious, and creative team, where every day brings something new.
You’ll need to be highly organised, adaptable, and full of initiative, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
• Owning the CEO’s complex, ever-changing diary and inbox across multiple time zones
• Acting as a key link between the CEO, leadership team, and external partners, keeping communication clear and priorities on track
• Preparing agendas, notes, and follow-ups for key meetings, projects, and creative sessions
• Coordinating company initiatives, events, and travel with style and precision
• Managing ad hoc projects and providing personal support to ensure everything flows seamlessly
Candidate
• 2+ years’ experience as an EA or PA in a fast-paced, creative or digital environment
• Exceptionally organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Brilliant communicator, personable, confident, and discreet
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Notion, and productivity/AI tools
• A natural problem solver with a “nothing’s too much trouble” attitude
• Genuine interest in digital media, production, or entertainment
