A wonderfully successful and supportive boutique finance firm is looking for an enthusiastic, charming and switched-on top Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join their international team.
Based in incredible offices in the buzzy West End, you will be providing both front-of-house and admin support to the busy investment teams. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and another member of the admin team, and this role offers variety and scope to feel involved.
Duties will include:
• Front office facing role, meet and greet visitors
• Manage meeting room calendars
• Organise and offer refreshments for meetings and coordinate food orders
• Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers
• Assist the operations team with administration duties and team events
We are looking for a diligent, committed and flexible team player with some previous reception/admin experience who is keen to use their brilliant people skills whilst supporting the wider team.
