A visionary, up-and-coming boutique finance house is looking for a bright, ambitious and hungry graduate EA/Office Manager. Based in stunning offices in Central London, and working amongst an exceptionally talented, bright, cultured, and supportive team who are striving to create a holistic and refreshing approach to their culture and workplace. Ideally, they would like this person to work 5 days a week from the office, but are open to 1 WFH day for a super-star EA/OM.
A hugely varied EA/Office Manager role, incorporating everything from meeting and greeting clients and managing the office, to providing EA support to the CEO and organising company offsite and events. No two days will be the same, and a muck-in and flexible attitude is required to help out in every aspect of the business. The scope and progression of this newly created role is vast; they are definitely looking for someone who wants to carve a career in Finance and climb the ranks. They are a company that prides itself on professional development.
They are looking for a stand-out candidate - bright, hungry, professional, fantastic IT skills, meticulous attention to detail and client-facing, who has a minimum of 2 years relevant experience (EA/Office Management/Operations/Business support) in a corporate setting.
