A very well-known leadership and top-level organisational consultant is looking for a highly organised Executive Assistant with forensic attention to detail to provide exceptional operational and administrative support to ensure the Founder’s time, priorities, and commitments are managed effectively in line with business needs.

This high-profile, hands-on role requires exceptional scheduling and coordination skills, discretion, and professionalism in dealing with senior stakeholders and their EAs. You’ll balance business needs with the Founder’s wellbeing, reduce cognitive load, and ensure seamless preparation and follow-up for meetings and events.

Operating in a small, agile organisation with prestigious clients, you will balance business priorities with the Founder’s wellbeing, protect his time, and reduce his cognitive load by preparing all necessary context and follow-up for each meeting or event.

Provide the right information at the right time, enabling the Founder to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Maintaining discretion and professionalism across both business and personal commitments.

Executive Assistant to the Founder
Business & Client Support:
• Prioritise and manage the Founder’s complex diary.
• Prepare and share relevant client/session information ahead of meetings.
• Log and track follow-up actions, ensuring accountability across the team.
• Report on advisory hours, delivery metrics, and feedback from the Founder’s addresses.
Stakeholder Management:
• Liaise with senior stakeholders, including FTSE and Fortune 500 executives, and members of the House of Lords.
• Coordinate with EAs across time zones to secure meetings and manage calendars.
• Manage communication channels, distilling key information and assigning actions.
Scheduling & Travel:
• Manage a complex diary, balancing client work, strategic networking, and personal priorities.
• Plan and adjust schedules with a forward-looking view (3–18 months), protecting the Founder’s time and well-being.
• Organise domestic/international travel down to fine details (e.g. train carriage placement for optimal exit).
Admin & Ops:
• Handle expenses, invoicing, and admin with precision.
• Prepare meeting notes, agendas, and follow-ups.
• Respond quickly to queries, aiming for same-day turnaround.

Candidate:
• Proven experience supporting C-suite executives and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Skilled in managing complex, multi-time-zone scheduling.
• Highly organised, responsive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Professional, proactive communicator and relationship builder.
• Deep understanding of the Founder’s needs and business context.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
