We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support our dynamic Investor Relations (IR) team, including direct support for the Head of IR. This role requires outstanding organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail, and is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes and takes pride in being indispensable.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to the Head of Investor Relations
• Manage complex and ever-changing diary and calendar scheduling
• Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and follow-ups across global time zones
• Liaise with current and potential investors in a polished and professional manner
• Handle a fast-paced inbox, correspondence, and documentation
• Support the wider team on transactional, time-sensitive projects within a high-performance investment environment

 The Ideal Candidate
• Strong A-Level results and a degree from a top-tier university
• Proven experience in a demanding Executive Assistant role, ideally in finance, investor relations, private equity, or professional services
• , proactive, and approachable with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail, able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
