An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly capable, intellectually sharp Executive Assistant to join a prestigious private office in a broad-ranging support role. This unique position blends executive assistance, property operations, and lifestyle management, supporting senior leadership across a diverse and fast-paced portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support including complex calendar management and global travel coordination
- Facilitate high-level communications and correspondence on behalf of the leadership
- Oversee sourcing, acquisition, and installation of high-value assets and luxury goods
- Manage day-to-day property operations and liaise with both internal teams and external suppliers
- Coordinate household logistics, including staff management, contract negotiations, and vendor relations
- Handle a range of personal and business tasks, ensuring smooth execution with utmost discretion and efficiency
Candidate Profile:
- Strong academic background with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Proven experience in a private office, family office, luxury lifestyle, or high-expectation corporate environment
- Calm, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a knack for anticipating needs and solving problems quickly
