A dynamic and very successful real estate private equity firm whose interests include 5* hotels, prime commercial and residential properties, is looking for and driven, top-rate Executive Assistant to support their delightful entrepreneurial Founder. A generous, calm, social and appreciative family man. There will also be ad hoc support to 2 other partners.

The company is international with offices all over the world, headquartered in Mayfair, London. The company prides itself on its collaborative, friendly culture and current employees who we have placed in the past confirm this. Staff turnover is very low.

The role is very varied, with the EA being actively involved in a wide range of support tasks, including:
• Diary management
• Organising travel and accommodation
• Arrange internal/external meetings
• Information gathering in preparation for meetings, telephone calls and appointments
• Preparation of correspondence on behalf of the Founder
• Liaison with other locally based group businesses and members of the local management team
• Support of other members of the team, where needed, working in conjunction with the other Executive Assistant
• Day-to-day involvement in the management of the office to the extent required
• Other ad hoc responsibilities as requested
• Ad hoc personal support for the Founder, this side could grow if the selected
Executive Assistant enjoys

Experience/qualifications:
• The role holder will have a financial services or investment background and will be accustomed to providing support directly at a partner/board member level and to dealing confidently and professionally with senior representatives of other firms.
• They will be used to working both as part of a small, dynamic team and also very closely with a diverse group of investment professionals to support the firm’s growth strategy.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong prioritisation and organisational skills, including the ability to take independent action/consult as needed
• Strong Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience of using Outlook (or similar) to manage diaries and book meetings
• Numerate
• Professional with a cheerful, positive outlook and “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to quickly and proactively build effective working relationships with other team members and the key third-party service providers.
• A team player attitude to willingly undertake a wide range of activities and responsibilities as required by the role.
• Ability from time to time to work independently with a low level of direct supervision and to demonstrate a strong desire to innovate and drive continual system and process improvement within the firm.
