Key Responsibilities as Receptionist
- Serve as the first point of contact and ambassador for the company, delivering 5-star service to clients and visitors
- Meet and greet high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming calls and enquiries with discretion and efficiency
- Prepare and maintain the boardroom for high-level meetings
- Provide support to the Office Manager with day-to-day operations
- Assist with overflow PA duties and general administrative tasks
- Collaborate with and support the marketing department as needed
You will be/have:
- Exceptionally polished, professional, and confident with a sunny, welcoming personality
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- IT savvy
- A team player with a proactive approach and willingness to support across departments
- Previous Receptionist, front-of-house, hospitality, or luxury sector experience preferred
