• General administrative support (filing, printing, formatting)

The Candidate:
• An experienced Executive Assistant or former legal secretary, ideally with experience supporting senior executives in professional or corporate settings
• Calm, confident, and quietly capable – someone who inspires trust
• Discreet and highly professional, especially when handling sensitive information
• A team player who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Friendly with a sense of humour – someone who contributes positively to a hardworking but supportive team

This is a rare chance to step into a trusted role at a company doing meaningful, long-term work, supporting senior leadership and contributing to its continued success.
