My client is the Italian Founder/CEO of a very dynamic private office specialising in International Real Estate and Fashion. I’m looking for a very switched on and exceptionally bright EA to support this charismatic, charming Italian UHNW on the business and personal side.
• Very slick offices in Mayfair with breath taking interior design
• Italian speaker would be an advantage but not essential
• Managing all the Founder’s business dealings as well as extensive travel by private jet and scheduled
• Managing international household and yacht staff, assorted events
• Attending all business meetings, following up, actions etc.
• Full EA responsibilities, 100% right hand support including many business and personal projects
• You need to be a chameleon, with strong emotional intelligence and a phenomenal work ethic
• You will need to have had experience working with international Principals, used to time zones and different cultures and management styles
• The Principal has very high standards and you will need to mirror those high standards
I’m looking for someone who is always one step ahead, who really wants to commit to their role, who has the personal skills to upwardly manage and at the same time be warm and friendly. This is a role for a true professional, a career EA who can be a chameleon, always in control but has a soft side, a good sense of humour and a ferocious work ethic.
