We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a highly accomplished and widely respected Barrister—an esteemed figure at the forefront of their profession. Based in beautiful, historic chambers in central London, this is a rare opportunity to become an integral part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient diary management and scheduling of meetings and appointments
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Organising events including dinners, lectures, and conferences across the UK and abroad
- Preparing and filing legal documents, briefs, and case materials for court appearances
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and documentation
- Overseeing office supplies and ensuring smooth running of daily operations

- Exceptionally organised with acute attention to detail
- Confident and personable, able to build strong professional relationships at all levels
- An excellent communicator with flawless written and spoken English
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
- Tactful, emotionally intelligent, and highly discreet
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working autonomously
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Professional, grounded, and genuinely interested in the legal sector
