The Role - EA
This is a diverse and rewarding position requiring excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and an ability to anticipate and adapt to ever-changing priorities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive diary and inbox management
- Coordinating national and international travel, including car services and restaurant bookings
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions
- Organising internal meetings, events, and talks
- Handling calls and correspondence with professionals
- Supporting with financial admin tasks such as invoice processing and report preparation
- Providing proactive administrative support to the Head of HR
You will be/have
You will bring at least 3 years of PA/EA experience, ideally within a similarly fast-paced or creative environment. You’ll be:
- Highly organised, proactive, and discreet
- Comfortable managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Confident in written and verbal communication
- Numerate, resourceful, and resilient under pressure
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a flexible approach
