Responsibilities:
• Coordinating guest arrivals – keys ready, property prepped, smooth transport arranged
• Greeting guests and ensuring a warm, professional welcome
• Organising bespoke itineraries, restaurant bookings, and appointments
• Overseeing renovations, maintenance, and managing contractors
• Opening and closing properties, managing deliveries and inventories
• Handling daily errands – household purchases, car maintenance, and more
Candidate:
• Service-oriented with excellent attention to detail
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Hands-on, proactive, and resourceful with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Discreet and professional, with a strong sense of integrity
• Flexible working style, able to manage both desk-based and hands-on tasks
