A rare opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to join a small, successful and dynamic team in the education sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in ensuring smooth daily operations.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, while also handling contract administration, invoicing, and supporting consultants with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Office Coordination: Oversee supplies, liaise with service providers, and maintain a well-organised and professional workspace.
- PA Support: Manage diaries, emails, and client records, ensuring consultants have the information they need.
- Client Liaison: Provide a welcoming and professional first impression to visitors and callers.
- Contract & Invoice Management: Prepare and issue contracts, process invoices, and ensure accurate financial records.
You will be/have
- Experience in an administrative role with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and willingness to learn new systems.
- A proactive approach, able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in the educational sector is a big bonus.
