A fantastic, collaborative and growing Private Investment Group are looking for a standout EA to support the Founder/CEO across the business.
Based out of beautiful offices in central London you will be the gatekeeper and right hand to this charming, educated and mindful CEO. No two days will be the same, a varied role for someone who is an exceptional communicator, professional, naturally organised and agile.
The Role:
• Extensive travel management – flights, visa, transport, itineraries (business and personal)
• Gatekeeping the CEO's diary, scheduling and keeping abreast of his commitments
• Handling relevant email coms on behalf of the CEO, corresponding on his behalf
• Supporting with the planning and execution of company events
• Managing expenses
• Corporate gifting
• Light duties to support the CFO and Investment Officer
• Ah hoc projects – branding, marketing etc
• Line managed to the two receptionists and Junior EA
• Office Management duties
• Memberships, sporting events, restaurant bookings
• Keeping abreast of auctions and bidding on behalf of the CEO
The Candidate:
• Ideally will be 2.1+ graduate from a top university
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with competing priorities
• Good team player, strong work ethic, confident and energetic
• Kind, warm, reliable and honest
