A warm, welcoming and well-established private medical practice based in South West London is looking for a professional and highly organised Medical PA to join their team.
We are looking for someone with brilliant people skills, empathy and discretion to provide the following support:
• Answering calls
• Booking appointments
• Prepping referral letters
• Coordinating prescriptions
• Invoicing
It is key that the Medical PA is able to liaise with a wide variety of individuals and expert at building relationships and is adept at prioritising tasks and resolving issues.
Previous relevant experience as a Medical PA is an advantage and a team player with a flexible attitude is essential.
