One-off, wonderfully varied Private PA job for an exceptional, experienced, super-organised and totally discreet Private PA.
Working for this very busy, inclusive, friendly and sociable family, you will be responsible for ensuring the parent's and children’s lives run smoothly and their household works like clockwork, including:
• Heavy scheduling – complex diaries and itineraries to coordinate
• Travel management
• Events – private parties
• Household staff management
• Property Management
You will need to be confident, used to working at pace, an expert juggler of priorities, solution-focused and determined – all with a calm and very light touch. Able to negotiate and push back when necessary, you will be a positive and socially confident person.
Excellent English – both spoken and written is essential.
You will be someone who enjoys having young children around, is happy with out-of-hours contact and has a genuinely warm and positive personality.
The successful candidate will have a solid CV with strong previous Private PA experience in a busy private household.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished Private PA with high EQ and gravitas.
