A very exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a switched-on, upbeat, proactive and agile EA/PA, with experience working with UHNW individuals in the luxury world, to join a very exciting international concierge/lifestyle company supporting the very busy and appreciative Managing Director.
You will be providing full business support and some personal.
• Complex calendar and diary management, ensuring the MD knows what their priority list is each day
• First point of contact for UHNW clients, prospective clients and suppliers
• Liaising with the team of lifestyle managers
• Preparing pitch decks/ presentations
• Organising travel, from commercial to private jets, yacht charters and helicopters
• The Lynchpin, bringing the global offices together so all is consistent and streamlined
• Onboarding new starters
• Manage the team expenses, budget management and invoicing
• Could require travel to visit new hotels, resorts, and exciting destinations – if this appeals
The company is highly organised and slick with a buzzy, friendly culture. No two days will be the same. The team is growing in London and abroad, so this is a very interesting time to join. The offices are stylish, spacious and open-plan, based in SW London.
