Urgently seeking energetic ex Hotel Manager/Head of Operations for Amazing Estate/Household Manager position based in private house in Central London. Required to manage a large team of staff in the UK alongside overseeing other properties internationally, you will also be responsible for managing the renovation of properties globally.
We are looking for a candidate with previous management experience in a TOP hotel, used to training staff, delivering progress reports daily to principals.
This is not a PA or Chief of Staff role. All candidates applying must have previously hotel experience or have worked in a similar position for a top VIP. Direct private household experience is relevant but this is a very process driven role and all candidates will be responsible for hiring, dealing with staff issues so must have direct experience of this. Experience overseeing large properties, renovations in the UK and abroad also relevant
80-100K may pay more for right candidate.
Might suit ex hotel staff who has recently been made redundant due to Covid19.
Anyone also who might have run a hotel in Hong Kong or internationally would be suitable
