An opportunity to assist the incredible International Property Portfolio of a UHNWI, varied, fast-paced, part of a friendly and collaborative team, with great perks!
Based out of the Principal’s Family Office you will be assisting the wider Property team with anything and everything to do with the portfolio. From large-scale renovations, interior design projects, managing suppliers and contractors to relationships with property occupiers and the seamless day to day running of this global property portfolio.
This role will keep you busy, no two days will be the same.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Outstanding academics – a good degree from a leading University
• Property experience or a demonstrated interest in property
• Ambitious, charismatic and confident
• Ability to think on your feet, use your initiative to juggle many balls
• Proactive, hard-working and engaging
• Have exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
