A leading global property company is looking for a first-rate PA to support one of its most senior Directors. Based in Chelsea you will be working alongside a team of hard-working but social and collaborative colleagues.
The Director is well known to be an inspirational personality and a very fair and considerate boss. They have high standards and expect the same from their PA but are very approachable and an excellent communicator. This is a wonderful opportunity to build a close relationship with your boss based on mutual trust and respect and view the role long-term.
The company are known for looking after and retaining their staff. If you have worked in property that would be advantageous but not essential, but you do need to have 2/2.5yrs as a PA and have a muck-in approach and a social, friendly and positive personality.
You will be:
• Highly organised, proactive and efficient administrator, able to plan ahead and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent people skills, able to communicate with HNWI, VIPs, dignitaries and all other levels
• Discreet, empathetic warm, diplomatic
• You will always aim to be one step ahead
• Committed and enjoy a fully involved right-hand support role
