One of London’s most high-profile Interior Design firms seeks an experienced Office Manager/Studio Manager.
The role is based 5 days a week in their stunning studio in SW London, with occasional WFH 1 day a week. The team is close-knit, collaborative, and social.
The role will incorporate;
• Managing the studio – IT, maintenance, managing contracts, office supplies
• Setting up new starters and closing out leavers
• Managing expenditure for the studio and attending quarterly finance meetings
• Collate monthly expenses reports
• Manage the Receptionist and provide overflow reception cover
• Liaise with OM in the New York studio
• Organise monthly team drinks and staff gifts
As an ambassador for the company – it is key that person is immaculately presented, professional and has strong communication skills. The company look for team-players – muck-in, flexible, warm, charming and conscientious.
This person must be numerate, have strong attention to detail and love being in a support role as opposed to wanting to be an Interior Designer.
They are looking for someone with previous office management/operations or studio management experience in the luxury creative world.
