My client is an award-winning, top-performing, tutoring, homeschooling and educational pathways consultancy based in Knightsbridge. They are a passionate, dynamic and fun team of 20 who are absolutely top of their game, with a proven track record of success. They are currently expanding, and looking for only the most impressive, charismatic and driven individuals to join the team.

This is a hybrid role, 2 days in the office and 3 from home (with flex to go in more if you would like).

It is incredibly busy, fast-paced, and people-facing, with the main focus being on creating, building and maintaining important HNW client relationships.

The role includes but is not limited to:
  • Designing and implementing advanced sales strategies to attract new clients
  • Growing the existing client base and spearheading initiatives for personalised consultation with clients
  • Being the main point of contact for high-net-worth clients
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring all their needs are met, anticipated and surpassed
  • Supporting the Account Management Team
  • Providing expert consultancy services – offering bespoke tailored educational plans
  • Leadership – mentoring and guiding educational consultants on the team
  • Encouraging innovation and professional growth whilst fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment
Person, skills and experience required:

  • This role is ALL ABOUT PERSONALITY – they are looking for somebody with excellent people skills, energetic, passionate, upbeat and generally high achieving.
  • Driven, proactive with a desire to work at a fast pace, to a high standard
  • They value strong academics, ideally a degree, and require excellent written English and grammar
  • Must have some previous experience in client services or sales
  • They would also be interested in people with some kind of background in recruitment, the education industry, luxury travel or experience working with HNW/UHNW clients
  • Looking for a minimum of 3 years professional experience
  • Well-presented and professional
