This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join a successful company in the entertainment industry.

Currently establishing a new arm of the business, the team has recently moved into stunning new offices in the heart of the West End.

With a start-up feel, you will be instrumental in implementing processes and structure whilst managing and mentoring a small team of EAs and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Duties will include:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the office and smooth operation of the reception
• Managing office supplies, ensuring the office is immaculate, and dealing with issues
• Booking meeting rooms and coordinating any maintenance and repairs
• Liaising with suppliers and service providers and negotiating terms
• Overseeing EAs, providing support, conducting performance reviews and setting performance goals
• Implement health and safety policies and procedures
• Assisting with employee onboarding and developing health and safety policies
• Managing office expenses and budgets
• Organising company events and meetings

We are looking for an engaging team player with a minimum of 4 years of previous relevant office management experience in a corporate environment.

High EQ and professional maturity with the ability to read the room and know when not to push back and when not are essential.
