Very well-respected luxury property firm dealing with UHNW clients from all around the world, are seeking a bright and personable PA to join their sociable and fun-loving team. Based in very stylish offices in the heart of Prime Central London, it’s a company with a great work hard/play hard culture, with lots of drinks after work.
As a Personal Assistant supporting 2x of the Senior Team, your role will involve:
• Liaising with the UHNW clientele, being their dedicated point of contact for all needs
• Ensuring seamless running of the Partners’ day-to-day, arranging meetings, diary management, screening calls and
general correspondence
• Orchestrating international travel arrangements
• Supplier management and liaison
• Exciting and extensive research into properties for client reports
• Ad hoc administrative tasks
The ideal Personal Assistant/candidate will:
• Have 3+ previous PA/Office admin experience
• Enjoy working at a fast pace – this is a very varied role with a lot to keep you busy
• Have excellent attention to detail, common sense and a “can-do” attitude
• Be articulate, polished and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Be personable, have a sense of humour, be able to muck in and get involved with the rest of the team. It’s a really fun, buzzy environment!
