Remarkable opportunity for a proactive and extremely driven EA to join a start-up on the cutting edge of green technologies, who are paving the way to make lasting change.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, want to make a real impact within a small but rapidly expanding company, and are willing to work hard and have fun doing it, this role is for you. You will be providing 360 EA support to the CEO/Founder, becoming her true right-hand.
The role
- Providing exceptional and proactive administrative and organisational assistance to the CEO, ensuring the day-to-day of the business runs smoothly and effectively, from being the first POC and gatekeeper to stakeholder/client liaison and leading on special administration projects
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the team
- Diary and inbox management, planning and organising meetings
- Analysis, research and reporting for internal and external projects
- Supporting with effective and efficient recruitment
- Mucking in with ad hoc tasks that can be anything and everything to do with driving the business forward
The candidate
- Solid previous experience in an EA role - start-up experience desired
- Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is excited about working for a start-up, and the possibility it brings to create change
- Outstanding communication skills (oral and written)
- Driven, proactive, competent, able to think on their feet, extremely organised and efficient
- Muck in, flexible, energetic who wants to be part of a small team and wear many hats
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise effectively
- IT savvy
- Tact and diplomacy is paramount
- Numerate with an eye for analytics and data
- Degree in Business, Administration or similar desired
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite +/or equivalent design software is a plus
- Experience in hospitality is a plus
