A fabulous opportunity to support two inspirational and entrepreneurial Founders.
The Principals travel extensively and you will be an integral part of ensuring the smooth running of their lives, a true right-hand.
A fast-paced and ambitious environment, that would suit a dedicated hands-on, and hungry EA who would love to work for a small and close knit city-based company.
Traditional EA duties and more, you will be fundamental to building relationships and assisting with key stakeholder relationships.
No two days will be the same, while also offering the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.
Duties will include:
- Complex Diary management
- Extensive international travel and itineraries
- Inbox management
- Scheduling meetings
- Correlating key metrics/statistics
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Providing personal assistant support as required
Ideal Candidate:
- 3 + years relevant experience
- Background in Finance or Professional Services
- Hungry, self-starter, independent thinker with plenty of initiative
- An ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to deal with competing priorities, with strong time management skills
