An exciting opportunity for an immaculately presented individual with brilliant people skills and the ability to liaise at all levels to join a super successful and award-winning boutique finance firm. Based in newly refurbished, state-of-the-art offices, as the Receptionist, you will be an integral part of a professional and supportive team, the voice and face of the company, providing a first-class service to clients and the team.

Based on front of house, you will also be supporting with admin tasks and assisting the Office Manager so there will be lots to keep you busy.

• Answering calls, meet and greet visitors
• Book & set up meeting rooms
• Manage reception and office management inbox
• Coordinate meeting room diaries
• Ensure reception area is immaculate
• Set up videocalls
• Assisting team members with admin duties
• Assisting Office Manager with orders for the office
• Conduct research projects and surveys and collate info for the Office Manager

Although a high-achieving, fast-paced and collaborative team, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming and the team look out for each other.

We’re looking for some previous reception/front-of-house/client-facing experience, bags of charm and initiative, brilliant people skills and a flexible attitude.

This role forms part of a small, close-knit team headed up by the Office Manager. Everyone is incredibly well looked after and there is opportunity to progress for the right candidate.
